Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to all safety policies and procedures; conducts safety sweeps and handles hazardous materials as required.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation; stocks, signs, prices, and organizes product displays; handles fragile and high-shrink items.
• Monitors tire and battery orders, assists members with installation appointments, and communicates lead times and cancellations.
• Provides expert member service and recommendations, explains warranties, and ensures value for members.
• Drives sales and service excellence and collaborates with staff to promote TBC offerings.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays; prioritizes appointments to maximize efficiency and meet service needs.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety protocols, TPMS, product specs, and point-of-sale operations.
• Uses digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and adopt new technologies among team members.
• Acts as a brand advocate, develops team members, and helps overcome roadblocks.
• Handles purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges; operates POS; maintains documentation; communicates professionally with members.
