Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures, including forklift and hazardous material handling where required.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised according to policies.
• Assists members with tire installation appointments and communicates lead time changes or cancellations; provides tire maintenance and repair guidance.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and guiding purchasing and service decisions to ensure safety and value.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency and advises Team Lead or Technicians on priorities.
