Sam's East in Cape Girardeau, MO, seeks a customer-focused associate to uphold safety standards on the sales floor and in the Tire and Battery Center, manage displays and pricing, and assist members with tire maintenance and services.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer service, and teamwork to drive sales, process purchases, and ensure efficient service delivery in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards per policies.
• Organize and merchandise Tire and Battery Center (TBC) area to company standards.
• Assist members with tire and installation scheduling and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage knowledge.
• Drive sales and service excellence across the TBC and promote offerings to members.
• Prioritize service workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
