Job summary

Sam’s Club in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Tire and Battery Center associate to maintain safety standards, stock the TBC area, and assist members with tire installation and maintenance.

You will provide expert member service, use Sam’s Garage resources to recommend products, and help drive sales while working with club associates to promote TBC offerings. A valid license and 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry and/or retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety and cleanliness, including proper handling of merchandise and safety protocols.
• Assist members with tire installations, maintenance, and service scheduling; provide product recommendations.
• Process transactions and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
• Help stock, organize, and merchandise TBC area to ensure efficient service delivery.
