Walmart’s Sam's Club Tire and Battery Center in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a customer-focused teammate to assist members with tire installation, maintenance, and related services. Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, and merchandised.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and repair services and recommends suitable products.
• Uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to explain warranties and provide value to members.
• Drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and coordinating with the team.
• Triages service workflow and prioritizes TBC appointments to maximize efficiency.
