Sam’s Club in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking a Tire and Battery Service Advisor (Part-Time) to assist members with tire and battery services, schedule installations, and provide expert guidance in the Tire and Battery Center.

You will greet members, explain warranties, help with purchases, and maintain safety and merchandising standards while using Sam’s Garage for product knowledge and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, organize sales floor, and handle claims, returns, and damages.
• Assist members with tire maintenance, installations, and service decisions.
• Use Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend tires and batteries.
• Drive sales and service excellence and prioritize service workflow.
