Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include valid state-issued driver’s license and must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications include experience in auto service or retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member collaborating with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests, educating others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians.
• Be an Expert demonstrating knowledge of safety/compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, service standards, PSO systems, and product specs.
• Be a Techie leveraging handheld tech to plan for sales, improve service, and drive customer experience.
• Be an Owner communicating equipment needs, processing transactions, maintaining inventory and safety standards, and documenting procedures.
• Be a Talent Ambassador promoting high-quality service and a respectful, team-oriented culture.
• Complies with policies and ethics; completes tasks, communicates progress, and adapts to change.
