Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate. You will help maintain safety standards, stock and merchandize, assist members with tire and battery needs, schedule installations, and explain warranties.

You will use Sam’s Garage and store tools to recommend products, process payments, handle returns, and support service bays with efficiency while delivering friendly, knowledgeable member service.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry experience and retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assist members with tire and battery services and scheduling installations.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage and warranties.
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges at the point of sale.
• Stock, sign, price, and merchandise Tire & Battery Center displays; assist with service bays.
