Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests.
• Educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, and service standards.
• Leverage handheld technology and POS systems to plan sales, improve the service experience and drive decisions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with merchandise and paperwork as required.
