Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Kentwood, MI is looking for a Tire & Battery Center associate to help members with tire installation, maintenance, and related services. You will ensure safety standards, organize displays, and assist with ordering and scheduling while delivering exceptional member service.

You will use Sam’s Garage tools to recommend safe, fitting products, explain warranties, and help members make informed choices. Team collaboration and a focus on value are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry, Retail Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and TBC safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Assists members with tire installation, maintenance, and related services.
• Provides expert member service by guiding purchasing decisions and explaining warranties.
• Drives sales of Tire and Battery Center services and promotes TBC offerings to members.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency.
