Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas of the department. You will collaborate with associates to meet member expectations, educate peers, and ensure high standards of safety and integrity in all tasks.

The role involves using handheld tools and POS systems, assisting with inventory, processing transactions, and supporting customers with tire and battery services while maintaining excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and assist in educating other associates.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, and equipment operations to ensure quality service.
• Utilize handheld technology and systems to support sales, safety alerts, product information, and training.
• Maintain accurate inventory, process transactions, and ensure merchandise is labeled and stored per company policies.
