Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. You will work with team members to fulfill requests, educate associates, and ensure the club meets member expectations.

The role involves applying knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, and using Point of Sale systems. You will leverage handheld tools to drive sales, and participate in inventory and transaction

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas.
• Educate associates on tools, tasks, resources; mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, TPMS and product specs.
• Use handheld tech to plan for and drive sales, improve service, and train others.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, process transactions, and assist members with purchases.
