Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Auto service or tire center exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Keep Tire and Battery Center organized, stocked, labeled, and priced per policy.
• Assist members with tire installation appointments and service recommendations.
• Provide expert member service, explain warranties, and help customers select safe products.
• Drive sales by explaining value and promoting TBC offerings to members.
• Triages service workflow in bays to maximize efficiency and meet service needs.
