Job summary

Sam's Club in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center team member to assist members with tire and battery services, installation scheduling, and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• 18 years of age or older
• Experience in auto service or retail is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety policies and procedures in the Tire & Battery Center (TBC) and report unsafe situations
• Present and maintain merchandise through stocking, signing, and proper displays
• Monitor tire and battery orders and assist members with installation scheduling and service recommendations
• Provide expert member service and recommendations using Sam’s Garage knowledge and reference materials
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating value and collaborating with club staff
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency and meet service needs
• Utilize digital tools and POS systems to plan sales, assist in payments, and document transactions
