Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Tire Industry Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club's service goals.
• Model expertise in tire and battery services and coach associates.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and inventory accuracy in daily operations.
• Utilize digital tools to plan and drive sales, and improve service quality.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, and cash handling as needed.
