Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and meet member expectations.
• Explain goals, set guidelines, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
• Train and develop associates, share product knowledge, and implement new tools and technologies.
• Ensure operations run smoothly, manage staffing, inventory, and paperwork, and maintain a safe workspace.
