The role requires knowledge of safety standards, tire and battery specifications, and friendly, proactive customer service. You will use handheld tools, process transactions, and help maintain inventory while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Auto service industry, Retail Experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educating others on tools, tasks, resources and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and POS systems.
• Leverages handheld digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and support team engagement.
• Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs; processes transactions and maintains inventory and safety/compliance standards.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality service and supporting training of team members.
