Job summary

Sam's Club in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Tire and Battery Center associate to help members with tire installation, safety compliance, and accurate product merchandising on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and Tire & Battery Center (TBC).
• Assist members with tire installation and schedule service appointments.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations using Sam’s Garage and product knowledge.
• Ensure correct merchandising, pricing, and handling of damaged or returned merchandise.
• Process payments, returns, exchanges, and other transactions per policy.
