Job summary

Sam's Club in Bartlett, TN is seeking a Tire and Battery Center team member dedicated to helping members with purchases, installations, and service decisions. You will stock, display, and merchandise products, schedule tire and battery work, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout the TBC.

You’ll greet members, identify needs, explain warranties, process payments and returns, and collaborate with the team to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to all safety policies and procedures, including conducting regular safety sweeps, following proper forklift and hazardous material handling requirements, complying with company steel standards, and promptly correcting or reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Supports Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor organization, stocking, zoning, and merchandising according to company policies, including handling claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking merchandise, setting up displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile and high-shrink items.
• Assists members with tire maintenance and repair services, scheduling installations, and communicating lead time changes and order cancellations.
