Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Tire Industry Certification - Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and member expectations.
• Model expertise in tire and battery service and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and adhere to policies.
• Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area; manage inventory and paperwork.
