Job summary

Walmart in Pineville, NC is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise a team of hourly associates, ensuring safe and efficient services and delivering a great member experience. You will model Tire and Battery Center expertise, coordinate with other leaders, and drive service quality and sales through the use of handheld technology.

You will lead operational excellence, train staff, manage schedules, and maintain a clean, compliant work area while upholding Walmart’s values

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of required trainings as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver service and meet club goals.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and ensure policy adherence.
• Train and develop associates to improve performance and knowledge of products.
• Use handheld technology to drive sales, service quality, and safety.
• Maintain safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with procedures.
