• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of tire and battery service standards, equipment operations, and safety protocols.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to plan, track sales, and support service delivery.
• Be an Owner: manage inventory, scheduling, and store area, while controlling costs and maintaining safety.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: train associates, promote career growth, and support compliance with policies.
