Job summary

Sam's Club in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates, drive member service, and model tire and battery expertise across the store. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club’s business goals.
• Communicate department goals and set guidelines for service quality.
• Uphold safety policies and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Coach and train associates to improve product knowledge and service delivery.
• Use available tools to plan, track inventory, and support member service.
