Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry experience (preferred).
• Retail experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards and reports unsafe situations.
• Monitors tire and battery orders and assists with installation appointments.
• Provides expert member service, uses Sam’s Garage, and explains warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence by communicating value of TBC offerings.
• Operates POS, handles purchases, returns, and exchanges per policy.
