Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet business plan and service standards.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and supervise associates.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal member service using TPMS and product knowledge.
