Job summary

Sam's Club in Abilene, TX is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to help members get more of what they love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to meet member expectations, follow safety and compliance guidelines, and use handheld tools and POS systems to support service and selling.

This full-time role offers $19.00–$27.00 per hour, plus benefits and growth opportunities through Walmart–Sam's Club

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with others to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: follow safety guidelines, tire & battery industry standards, TPMS, and POS operations.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools and digital systems to plan, drive sales, and improve service quality.
• Be an Owner: understand inventory, assist with transactions, maintain records and safety compliance.
