Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Ability to lead a Tire and Battery Center team and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet business goals and deliver member service.
• Train and develop associates; ensure knowledge of products and technologies.
• Manage daily operations, schedule staffing, and operate cash registers.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance; handle paperwork and logs.
• Promote a culture of service excellence and adherence to company policies.
