Walmart Inc. is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader in Lewisville, TX to drive member service and supervise hourly associates. The role focuses on leadership, safety, and service excellence within the Tire and Battery Center.

You’ll develop the team, train on new products and technologies, and ensure operational standards are met while promoting a culture of integrity and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Be a Team Leader: supervise Tire and Battery Center associates to meet business goals and drive member service.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of tire/battery service standards, equipment, and safety.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools and updates to plan and drive service delivery.
• Be an Owner: manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling, while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: train and develop coworkers and recruit new talent as needed.
