Sam's Club in Garland, TX seeks a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive safe, efficient services. You will model expertise, lead the team, and collaborate with other leaders to meet member expectations.

You will oversee operations, train staff, and ensure adherence to safety and policy standards while leveraging digital tools to enhance service quality and engagement.

Formación

• Six months of supervisory experience or six months in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Commitment to completing trainings and assessments as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to meet service and sales goals.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and adhere to policies.
• Maintain knowledge of tire/battery service standards, safety, and equipment.
• Train and mentor staff on new products and technologies.
• Plan using digital tools to drive sales, service quality, and associate engagement.
