Job summary

Walmart in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates, drive member service, and meet the club’s goals.

You will be an expert on tire and battery service, train staff, manage tools and inventory, and use digital tools to boost sales and safety. The role includes responsibilities for staffing, scheduling, and ensuring a safe, clean work area for customers and associates.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience, Tire Industry.
• Tire Industry Certification - Certificate

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver business results and member service.
• Communicate department goals, set guidelines, and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of tire/battery services, recalls, and product specs; train staff accordingly.
• Use handheld tech to plan for sales, service quality, and safety.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and paperwork to support operations.
