Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license and 18 years of age or older.
• Retail or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and merchandising standards on the sales floor and service bays.
• Assist Members with tire and battery purchases, installations, and service decisions.
• Operate POS equipment, process payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
• Prioritize service workflow and coordinate with technicians to meet timelines.
• Explain warranties, product options, and value to members.
