Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and floor standards; follow forklift and hazardous material handling requirements and report hazards.
• Organize and merchandise Tire and Battery Center per policy; manage claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Assist members with tire and battery orders, installations, and scheduling; communicate lead time changes and cancellations.
• Provide expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, and explaining warranties to ensure value.
• Drive sales and service excellence in the TBC and promote offerings across the club.
• Prioritize TBC service workflow and coordinate with technicians to meet service needs.
• Operate POS and handle payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policies.
