Job summary

Sam's Club in Edmond, OK seeks a service-oriented associate for the Tire and Battery Center. You will maintain safety standards, manage TBC displays, and assist members with tire and battery services, installations, and appointments.

You will greet members, identify needs, and use product knowledge to recommend safe, high-value tire and battery options while upholding Walmart Sam's Club service expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry or Retail Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards per policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure Tire and Battery Center (TBC) displays are organized, stocked, and merchandised according to policy.
• Assist members with tire and battery services, maintenance, and scheduling installations.
• Provide knowledgeable member service, explain warranties, and recommend best tire and battery solutions.
