Job summary

Walmart’s Sam's Club in Owasso, OK is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. You will collaborate with teammates to meet member expectations while educating associates on tools, tasks, resources and safety practices.

The role emphasizes knowledge of safety, TPMS, POS systems, and hands-on use of handheld technology to plan and drive service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred Qualifications: Auto service industry, Retail Experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfil sales and service requests.
• Educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols and TPMS.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
