Walmart's Sam's Club in Owasso, OK is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician. You will deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and collaborate with associates to meet member expectations.

You’ll act as a team member, expert, and techie—learning safety protocols, tire and battery guidelines, POS systems, and handheld tools to drive sales and improve the customer experience. Benefits include comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols in tire and battery services.
• Familiarity with TPMS and tire service standards.
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems and in-person selling.
• Ability to plan for and drive sales using handheld technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, service standards, and equipment operations.
• Use handheld tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist customers with purchasing decisions.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain ethics and integrity.
• Serve customers with a focus on delivering value and resolving concerns.
• Complete paperwork, logs, and documentation according to policy.
