Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities and customer focus.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including making change.
• Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and after regular business hours.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle hazardous materials.
• Able to meet pre-employment screenings.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and deliver fast, friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously per policy.
• Inspect vehicles and review maintenance requirements with customers.
• Promote products and services using upselling techniques.
• Prepare warranties and service agreements; record tire sales.
• Process sales transactions accurately and report discrepancies.
• Assist with store operations, inventory, and reporting.
• Maintain store appearance and clean vehicles as needed.
