Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Tires Sales Consultant to deliver fast, friendly customer service and educate customers on maintenance and repairs while promoting products and services.

You will handle transactions, process warranties, and assist with inventory and merchandising in a busy retail environment. The role requires willingness to work holidays and weekends, strong communication, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and make change.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and assist waiting customers with a friendly, fast service.
• Handle complaints courteously per company policy.
• Promote products and services by explaining benefits and using suggestive selling.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements; record tire sales.
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assist store manager to meet company expectations through ticket and profitability focus.
• Support store operations with opening/closing tasks, inventory, merchandising and reporting.
• Maintain clean facilities and ensure store appearance meets standards.
• Safely operate vehicles and assist in moving products as needed.
• Train new employees as needed and complete required trainings.
