As a Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll help guests with tire and service sales, build relationships, understand needs, and guide customers through warranties and promotions while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• No relocation is being offered for this position
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future

Responsabilités

• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs
• Describe warranties, ads and promotions of products and services
• Handle check-in, scheduling, estimates, and checkout for services
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer guidance
• Participate in training and maintain a clean, safe area
• Perform tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending and squatting
