Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor for Just Tires centers across the region. You will engage guests, promote tires and services, and guide customers through the sales process while maintaining high hospitality standards.

You will learn product warranties, promotions, and policies while building relationships and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Training and career advancement are available within Goodyear’s network.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver_s license.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• No relocation is offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
