Job summary

Goodyear in Mesa, AZ seeks a Customer Sales Advisor at a Just Tires center to deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and build guest relationships in a fast-paced environment. You will handle tire and service sales, explain warranties and promotions, schedule appointments, and ensure guest satisfaction while following safety standards.

Starting pay is $17-$19 per hour, with weekly pay and incentives, health plans, 401(k), certification reimbursement, and paid vacations.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Understand and describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Coordinate check-in, scheduling, time estimates, and check-out for services.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote self-development with company training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
