Qualifications

• Experience in guest service required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
• Describe warranties, promotions, and product/services options.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to service completion, including scheduling and estimating time.
