Goodyear's Just Tires division is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced Montclair, CA center. You’ll gain hands-on experience in tire and service sales while building strong guest relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with weekly pay and incentives. We provide comprehensive benefits, ASE certification reimbursement and opportunities for fast-track career advancement for motivated team players.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Understand and be able to describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service, including scheduling appointments and estimating time requirements.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, safe work and guest area.
