Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest interactions in tire and service areas.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to checkout, including scheduling and estimating time.
• Recommend products per manufacturer guidance and promote training opportunities.
• Maintain clean and safe work and guest areas, with physical tasks as needed.
