Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Possess valid driver's license or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner in person and over the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history to identify needs.
• Recommend services and communicate estimates clearly; document recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote services, parts, and accessories with product knowledge and service requirements.
• Provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time; update customers on progress.
• Follow procedures when completing transactions and explain warranties.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction; track returns and warranties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
