Qualifications

• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate promotions and warranties to guests.
• Manage check-in, scheduling, estimates, and checkout.
• Assist Service Manager and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
