Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers by building guest relationships and delivering outstanding service. You will engage customers, promote tire and service sales, and work toward achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

You will learn about warranties, promotions, and product offerings while assisting guests from check-in through checkout, including scheduling, time estimates, and service

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Handle guest interactions from check-in to check-out, including scheduling appointments and estimating time.
• Provide tire and service recommendations based on manufacturer guidance.
• Participate in training provided by the Company to develop skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
