Goodyear is seeking an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor in a Goodyear Auto Service center. You will gain hands-on experience by making meaningful connections with guests while delivering outstanding service, and become familiar with quality, sales, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Guest Service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate promotions and product information.
• Manage check-in, scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
• Support promotional merchandising and events.
• Explain warranties and advertisements to guests.
• Recommend products using guidelines.
• Assist Service Manager with guest vehicle information.
• Maintain clean, safe work and guest areas.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels.
