Job summary

TGK Automotive, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Service Advisor/Sales to be the face of the shop, guiding clients through repair and maintenance with honesty and integrity. You will build long-standing relationships and ensure a 5-star experience for every customer.

You will promote all services and products, provide accurate quotes, and document recommendations in the customer file. The role offers advancement opportunities and a strong benefits package including insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and reference service history.
• Recommend services and clearly communicate additional recommendations to customers.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates; update customers throughout service.
• Cash out tickets with a clear explanation of warranties; follow up on repairs as needed.
• Track returns and warranty parts; perform other duties per policy.
