DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced auto service environment.

The role requires assessing customer needs, recommending tires and services, and managing day-to-day sales operations while coordinating a team to balance customer service, shop workflow, and store goals. Prior automotive retail leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Experience in the automotive repair industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer service, sales transactions, and workflow coordination.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories aligned with customer requirements and store goals.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staffing, equipment, and time.
• Track inventory levels and assist with tire stocking and displays.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties, deposits, and basic shop support tasks.
• Lead by example to maintain a clean, organized showroom and service area.
• Demonstrate multitasking to handle customer interactions, sales, and priorities.
• Apply product knowledge to assist customers with tire selection and maintenance recommendations.
