Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales management.
• Automotive repair industry experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess tire and service needs, providing professional guidance.
• Recommend and sell tires, services, and accessories to meet customer requirements and store goals.
• Manage sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and national accounts.
• Oversee shop workflow to balance service sales with staff and equipment.
• Track inventory, assist with tire stocking, and maintain organized POS displays.
• Perform daily opening/closing duties, deposits, and basic shop support tasks.
• Lead by example to maintain a clean, organized showroom and customer-friendly environment.
• Demonstrate multitasking to manage customer interactions, sales and priorities.
• Apply product knowledge to assist with tire selection, alignment needs, and vehicle maintenance advice.
